Renunciation

On a fateful day, Prince Siddhartha happened to step out of precincts of his palace to the outside world and was shocked to see the realities of life. Within the narrow confines of the palace he had seen only the rosy side of life. The dark side of life in the outside world of common human being was always hidden from him. Realizing the worthlessness of the mundane pleasure he decided to leave the palace for good and set his foot in search of TRUTH and ETERNAL PEACE.
